Northwind Robotics: a sales kit for Spain and Mexico

Northwind Robotics builds collaborative robots for packaging lines. Their English sales kit worked in the US and the UK. Then they hired sales teams in Madrid and Monterrey.

What we did

• Audited 42 assets, retired 14
• Rewrote the core brochure and four product sheets in plain English
• Produced European Spanish and Latin American Spanish versions through one vendor
• Rebuilt the InDesign templates with a 35 percent expansion margin

Result

Both teams launched with a complete kit on the same day, and the Mexican team stopped using home-made translations within a month.
